VOTO is RTM’s preventative governance framework for vessels from 30’ to 160’, designed to bring structure, alignment, and clarity to modern vessel operations. It provides owners, captains, contractors, and insurers with a stable operational ecosystem built on disciplined oversight, documentation structure, and independent technical judgement.

The framework establishes the operational rhythm a vessel needs to remain safe, predictable, and economically managed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I would highly recommend Rod Twitchin Marine as a marine surveyor. Rod and his wife Renee work as the perfect team. Rod who has a wealth of knowledge on boats from his many years in the industry concentrated on the exterior and on all the workings of the boat including navigation and safety equipment while Renee covered the interior including soft furnishings and bedding and made sure all the galley appliances were working. They produced a most comprehensive report with photos covering every aspect, nothing was overlooked. Rod Twitchin Marine quote for a survey did not come as the cheapest but I consider it was worth every dollar to have an expert in their field to complete the survey. Rod was only too happy to discuss the contents of his report at length and give his opinion on different issues on the various occasions I contacted him.
